Notyfy provides tools for managing WhatsApp and SMS campaigns, templates, contacts, credits, reports and related business messaging workflows.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Information provided during registration should be accurate and kept up to date.
3. Acceptable Use
You must use the platform only for lawful business communication. You are responsible for having the permissions, consents and legal basis required to contact recipients and for complying with applicable messaging, privacy, telecom and anti-spam requirements.
4. Prohibited Activity
Do not use Notyfy for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, fraudulent, threatening or unsolicited messaging, or to distribute malicious content. We may restrict access where use creates security, legal, compliance or platform-integrity risks.
5. Credits, Packages & Pricing
WhatsApp and SMS credits are maintained separately. Pricing, package validity, available credits and features are shown on the applicable pricing or package screen at the time of purchase. Custom plans may have separately agreed commercial terms.
6. Templates & Campaigns
Templates may require approval before they can be used in campaign workflows. Campaign availability and status information may depend on the configuration and operational process used for your account.
7. Payments
Where online payment is available, payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider. You are responsible for reviewing the amount and package details before completing payment.
8. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or restrict an account when reasonably necessary for security, suspected misuse, non-payment, legal compliance or violation of these terms.
9. Service Availability
We work to keep the service available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Features may be updated, changed or temporarily unavailable for maintenance or operational reasons.
10. Limitation & Responsibility
You remain responsible for your campaign content, recipient lists and compliance obligations. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Notyfy is not responsible for indirect losses caused by misuse, third-party systems or circumstances outside reasonable control.
